Add dependency on qt6-wayland
...
This includes the QPA plugin for Wayland which is necessary to
run natively on Wayland. Without the Wayland QPA plugin, we will
use XWayland which comes with a performance impact, especially
on embedded platforms with weak GPUs.

Make libgles2 a hard dependency
...
Without it, the EGL renderer cannot function and EGLFS won't even
be able to stream properly at all.

- NVDEC is disabled by default in Moonlight Qt now
- NVDEC is superseded by Vulkan Video
- NVDEC is only built into the desktop packages which we don't publish
