It keeps one monotonic watermark per exact live `Session` in a `WeakMap`; only `session/flushed` advancement makes it redeliver newly covered dispatch events with the generic `{ for: 'event', view }` sidecar. The durable `schedule/change` type selects the client renderer. Taking the maximum contains reversed concurrent flush completion, and exact object identity prevents a reused Session id from inheriting another lifecycle's cursor.
