Cameron Gutman bc555c3d25 Add libgl1-mesa-dri to Recommends ...

These are the DRI drivers required to use Qt EGLFS. Some CLI-focused distros
don't come with them installed by default, which causes Moonlight to fail
to launch with an obscure Qt error about missing platform backends.
