Two pairs needed their confirmed-consistent state refreshed: the intent-named note's supersession clause (zh link normalized to the shared `.md` target, since the pairing contract requires identical link targets) and the report README's acceptance-semantics rewrite (both sides edited). Re-record both pairs so the translation-pairing gate passes.
