fix(client): fixture rename via requireSession, unchanged-title pin gesture

The fixture route shares the requireSession guard, reads the accepted seq off
the appended event, and gains the error-arm spec the workspace.rename case
set as precedent; WorkspaceBrowser drops the unchanged-title block — confirming
the current automatic title IS the pin gesture — and both touched client
READMEs document the new dialog and the unary-settle rule bilingually.

refactor(client): rename the provide reprojection to updateCurrentProvideInfo and privatize the id resolvers
...
provideInfo(id)/maybeProvideInfo(id) lost their last external caller
when the renderer host switched to the currentProvideInfo observable;
both become private (tests assert through the public projection). The
reprojection method's name now says what it does — re-derive and
publish on change — and matches the field family it maintains.

reset the plan when a tail history response omits the todo projection
...
An omitted `todos` on a tail request was treated as "no projection carried"
and preserved the prior value. Every installWindow caller is a tail request
(doOpen, its gap re-pull, repairGap; loadOlder prepends without it), which the
host answers with the full-log projection or omits only when the log holds no
todo/write — so the field's absence is the authoritative empty list. A live
write whose host crashed before persisting therefore left the rolled-back plan
on screen indefinitely; the assignment now clears it on the next open or
resync. Widened the parameter to an explicit `| undefined` so the two meanings
cannot be conflated again, and updated the JSDoc at both declaring seams plus
the bilingual README/note pair.

Responding to ds-review-bot round 2 on #653 : the tool/code-dispatch event
is appended at settlement, so using its time as callTime fabricated a
zero-duration call for duration-aware consumers — it is now null (start
unknown) per the ToolResultNode contract, pinned in the session spec. The
README's codeDispatches section described the PR3 running→settled
lifecycle a stack ahead of this tree; it now documents the settled-only
index this PR ships (the running shape lands with the start event in
#658 , which already merges cleanly over this).

fix(gui): tail history page carries the full-log todo projection
...
The client's todos projection derived only from the paged display window,
so reopening a session whose last todo/write preceded the tail page showed
an empty plan until the user paged back — session-level state cannot be
reconstructed from an arbitrary window. The host owns the full log, so the
tail history response now attaches todos (latest todo/write backscan, the
same posture as the view pairing); installWindow seeds it, window rebuilds
preserve it, and any in-window or live write keeps overwriting it. The
fixture mirrors the host; docs and both Agent Notes record the mechanism.

refactor(gui): dissolve the tool ring into per-view keyed slots

Four rounds of structural rework on the conversation surface, converging
on one registration model for the whole client:
- Review fixes: open() leaves the inject factory (SessionsService owns
the semantic); ConversationService mounts via ctx.plugin(); the
bespoke view registry retires into the 'conversation.view' list slot.
- Ring alignment: createChatView factory retired (components get
everything through checkable shares at the register call site); the
hand-rolled t/i18n threading is deleted wholesale — a future
framework-level i18n will supply t as a standard prop keyed by slot
name, so no interim manual channel.
- Toolview dissolution: ToolViewRegistry / ToolViewResolver /
ToolViewOutlet / ctx.toolviews retire. Tool rows are entries of the
'conversation.chat.toolview' keyed slot (scope: session) declared by
the chat entry; ToolRowOwnerProps is the unified owner payload;
GenericToolCard becomes the call-site fallback; registrants are plain
plugins (inject ['slots','conversation'] as the load-order seam);
session-dimension dispatch moves into components (useSessions reads
parentId); trajectory/waterfall gain same-shape slots the day they
render tool rows (RendersCheck rejects empty declarations). Slot
names mirror the composition path (<domain>.<entry>.<hole>).
- Staging follows current: cell()/binding() are pure resolution
(render-safe); the constructor subscribes to the list store and
followCurrent opens the event window when the current session
changes — staging IS the open signal, business verbs are the timing,
React render/commit is decoupled from window lifecycle. A masked
current (projection gap) keeps the stage untouched so deferred
teardown semantics survive reconnects.

Verified: typecheck 0, duplication 0 clones (478 files), full coverage
run 6190 passed with zero threshold errors, knip 0, doc-sync 24/24,
client aggregate tsc 0, render-count checks (one commit per chunk, zero
row re-renders under streaming) green.
