- plan.md/.zh.md (+ plan-mode module JSDoc and README pair): the sole
flush point is the prepended agent/step listener; prompt admission is
pre-turn and never flushes — the pages had it backwards.
- workspace.md/.zh.md: pending-mutation recovery deletes the marked
table row — completing an interrupted delete but rolling back an
interrupted create; 'completes exactly the marked mutation' oversold.
- telemetry.md/.zh.md: delivery is best-effort with possible loss AND
duplication, not at-most-once; TelemetryRecord.attributes JSDoc (source
+ both fences) now lists session.seed_length, which the coordinator
emits for forked sessions.
- Agent Note consequence bullet: nine pages cover ten services (storage
owns two keys); client-modules.zh.md wire-single-source phrasing.
Pairs re-recorded; plan-mode and telemetry suites green.
telemetry.md joins the eight pages after the OTel telemetry seam landed
on master (ctx.telemetry + telemetry/record were the one service and
event scope still without a page). All nine pages gain zh counterparts
translated whole-document per dsh-translate-docs; the eleven touched
pairs (nine new + core + the subsystems-catalog note) are recorded;
TelemetryRecord moves from TYPE_LINK_EXEMPTIONS to LINK_MAP and the
catalogs are regenerated.
permission, plan, invariants, http-server, storage (hub + backend seam +
domain form + domain/changed), workspace, tui, and client-modules complete
the docs/subsystems tier: every ctx service and event scope now has one
owning page, the precondition for generating per-subsystem service/event
reference into these pages. 25 new type-equiv manifest entries; 16 types
move from TYPE_LINK_EXEMPTIONS to LINK_MAP now that they have catalog
homes (dead InvariantRegistration exemption removed; catalogs
regenerated); core.md's sub-page table gains the eight rows in both
languages; the owning subsystems-catalog Agent Note records the coverage
extension. Chinese counterparts and pair records follow in the next
commit.
The folder is becoming the home of one-doc-per-subsystem pages (intro +
data structures + cordis services/events), so the name must describe the
whole contract, not just the type-vocabulary third of it. Mechanical
rename rebuilt on current master: every inbound Markdown link, generator
constant, website route, type-equiv manifest path, and spec expectation
moves together; the zh sides of the notes whose prose names the folder
are aligned (子系统) in the same change; touched bilingual pairs
re-recorded; translation-prompt snapshot re-recorded (its example embeds
development.md). Historical Agent Note slugs keep their dated
filenames.
git mv the 12 packages from session-persistence/, session-projection/,
session-title/, and telemetry/ into one session/ group per the
regrouping RFC; merge the four group READMEs into one bilingual
triplet; rewrite the group segment in tsconfig references (intra-group
references shorten to ../<pkg>), tsconfig.base.json paths/globs,
knip.json keys, vitest include, gate scripts, and authored doc/note
citations; regenerate module graph, doc graphs, catalogs, and the
lockfile importer keys. No npm names change.
Full unit suite: 8779 passed; the 18 reported failures reproduce as
env flakes (ambient-proxy IPv6 tunneling, watched-dir inotify
timeouts under parallel load) — each passes in isolation with
NO_PROXY set, matching their known pre-existing behavior on master.
Review found four real gaps in the image placement this PR introduced.
Link rewriting only needs a target to exist, but publication copies its bytes
onto the site: a reference reaching out of the tree through `../..` or a
symlink would put a build-machine file on a published page. Only a regular
file whose real path stays inside the repository is copied now, and anything
else fails the projection naming the page and the target.
A placed reference kept none of its `?query` or `#fragment`, which the GitHub
branch has always carried and which decides what an SVG view fragment or a
Vite query means. The suffix rides along again, and the file name is
percent-encoded because the destination is a Markdown inline target.
Page outputs and placed images now claim projected paths from one map, so the
"fail loud rather than overwrite" invariant covers a page and an image landing
on one path, not only two images. `docsSourceFiles()` reports placed images, so
replacing a screenshot re-projects under `docs:dev` instead of serving the
previous copy until something touches the page.
The guide said to set `agent-loop`'s `agents` to change the default model,
which does nothing for `dsh web`: that default is `api-gateway`'s, and the
shipped composition leaves `agents` empty. It also promised that a catalog
provider needs only an API key, which is false for Bedrock, Vertex, Azure, and
Codex. Both are corrected.
The projection note and the doc-site skill carried the superseded "a
repository image becomes a raw GitHub URL" rule; both now describe what ships.
An image the manifest does not publish was rewritten to a raw.githubusercontent
URL, which serves a private repository to nobody: raw answers 404 unauthenticated,
and a github.com session does not authenticate it. Every image on the site was
broken for every reader, and no gate could say so — link checking asks whether
the file exists in the repository, not whether a site reader can fetch it.
The projector now copies a referenced image into the generated tree beside the
page and points the reference at it, so Vite bundles it like any other site
asset and repository visibility cannot reach the published page. The copy lands
beside the page so one relative URL is right from both locale trees and a page's
assets leave with the page; two sources projecting onto one path throw rather
than letting the last copy win.
Canonical Markdown keeps writing ordinary repository-relative paths, so the same
file still renders when read in the repository.
The guide this was found through is renamed to its subject: 配置模型.
The comments and Agent Note blamed macOS resolving /var through
private/var. That is only how the mismatch surfaced in temp fixtures, since
mktemp hands back a /var path there.
The real condition is broader: Git always reports resolved paths, so
comparing one against an unresolved path disagrees whenever a symlink sits
anywhere above the checkout. A symlinked home directory alone triggers it —
reproduced with no /var involved — which is common wherever homes live
behind a symlink or on a network mount.
Naming the cause correctly keeps a reader from dismissing resolve_dir as
macOS-only defensiveness.
Review flagged the resolve_dir comment: it claimed `x=$(cmd) || fallback`
never fires "because the assignment succeeds even when the substitution
fails." That is wrong — command substitution propagates exit status and the
fallback does fire, confirmed in sh, bash, dash, and zsh.
Reproducing the original code shows the fallback also worked, so the second
"recurrence" the Agent Note described never existed. Both real defects were
the same one: comparing a resolved path against an unresolved one. The note
now says that instead of inventing a mechanism.
resolve_dir keeps its `|| printf` because it makes every caller a plain
assignment, so no site can compare against an empty path by forgetting its
own fallback — the reason is now stated accurately.
Also from review: REPO_COMMON is now resolved on both branches, matching
REPO_ROOT, and _repo_root notes why it is already physical without its own
resolve_dir call.
Nothing read it. The launcher, dsh-upgrade, and the installer's own re-run
all ignored the file, and the diagnostic it was meant to feed was never
built, so it was write-only state.
Git already owns the fact it recorded: a staging worktree's .git file names
the repository path, and `git worktree list` in that clone enumerates every
worktree depending on it. An installer-written copy only adds state that can
go stale while nothing validates it.
The containment caveat it documented is real and stays in the script header
and the Agent Note, now pointing at git's own records.
