a7eab2867a Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/master' into worktree/preset-plane-fallout-p1
`minimal` was rewritten upstream into a fixed-prompt PTY surface that now
carries its own compaction group, so this branch's token-meter move applies to
it too: the row leaves the group and `tokenMeter` leaves the realm, exactly as
in the other three presets. Master's header prose is kept whole — the note this
branch had added there described a composition that no longer exists.

`docs/event-producer-consumer.*` is generated; regenerated after the merge.

Turtle
1f0a0440f3 refactor(cmdline)!: an app's entrypoint provides values its rows read
Replaces the patch round trip. An app's entrypoint resolves the command
line into a service, and the rows it configures read that service from
their own config — port: !!js ctx.get('webStartup')?.port ?? 3080 — so the
resolved value beats the value written beside it and nothing is written
back into a row or handed to the launcher.

A bundle names the entrypoint row in its manifest (dsh.bundle.entrypoint),
which is what lets the boot mount in two passes: entrypoints alone, then
the whole composition. That ordering is required, not cosmetic — a row's
config expressions are evaluated when the include applies the row, and a
strict ctx.get only answers for a service whose providing fiber is already
active.

What this removes: ctx.appPatches and the launcher-owned patch layer, the
disable/re-enable recycle and its in-flight-mount barrier, overrideConfig,
and the reload hazard they existed for. A live config edit now re-applies
the second pass against services that are still up, so a served port
survives by construction.

What it adds: ctx.appReady, because Loader settlement no longer means the
app is up — a row mounted in the second pass can observe a settled tree
while that pass is still running, or already rolling back. The web URL line
waits for it, so a boot that fails in the second pass announces nothing.

f749e04881 docs: record how an app comes to own its command line
The Agent Note keeps the three vendored-Loader facts the mechanism turns on
— a row's config is resolved and validated when its fiber is created, while
it is still waiting; an inject update loses the plugin's static injections;
a row cannot be inserted from inside a mounting plugin — with the
alternatives they ruled out.

37cbd155f5 refactor(cli)!: the launcher parses only its own flags
Launcher flags come first and end at the first token dsh does not
recognize; everything after reaches the booted app verbatim, so
dsh --profile tui --resume <id> works with no launcher change and
dsh --profile web --help prints the web app's help. A bare dsh -h, which
has no app to hand the flag to, still prints the launcher's own.

src/web.ts is deleted: the Web flag family, its LAN-trust sampling, and the
one-shot task positional now live in their bundles, and runProfile no
longer knows any row id. What the startup row decides comes back as a
launcher-owned patch layer above every layer a user can edit, so a live
config edit recomposes the tree without resetting a served port.

dsh web and dsh --profile web finally boot through one path, which also
gives --profile web the harness-source prompt section that only the alias
used to add.

Turtle
82728808d4 feat(bundle): the web and one-shot apps own their own flags
dsh-web-app owns --host/--port/--dev/--workspace-root/--trusted-host and
its --help in a web-startup row; the rows it configures wait for the
webStartup service, and the client-plugin HMR receiver now ships disabled
so --dev is a row toggle rather than a runtime insert (the Loader cannot
resolve a row inserted from inside a mounting plugin).

dsh-headless owns the task positional and rejects a missing task as its own
usage error. Its runner ships disabled, not merely waiting: the schema
requires the task, and a row's config is validated when its fiber is
created, before the startup row can supply one. A composition has exactly
one command-line owner, so the patch disables the web startup row and this
one provides webStartup too, leaving the web rows on their composed
one-shot values.

The keyless web scaffold provides the same three values with no arguments,
which is what an embedding host with no command line does.

788368e314 feat(cmdline): hand the launcher's remaining arguments to the app it boots
A launcher provides three values before the tree mounts: ctx.cmdlineArgs
(get() is the whole interface) carrying everything after its own flags,
ctx.appExit for a bounded exit, and ctx.appPatches for decisions a later
recomposition must keep. An app's startup row injects cmdlineArgs and calls
runStartup() with its own commander program.

Rows the app configures inject its startup service, so they wait until the
startup row has resolved their values and provided it; --help prints,
disables those rows, and exits without the app ever starting.

A changed row is recycled — disabled, then re-enabled with its new values —
because a row's config is resolved when the Loader creates its fiber, while
the row is still waiting. Recycling never touches inject: an inject update
restarts the row from its unwrapped callback and loses the plugin's own
static injections. A mount still in flight is allowed to settle first, so
the disable has a fiber to dispose instead of racing one into existence.

8d7c4380aa fix(apiproxy): ensure the recorded composition before reading the baseline
`session.history` built its projection baseline in `historyStateFor` and only
then awaited `presenterScopeFor`, which is what ensures the recorded preset's
standing mount. The unit table is process-wide while the units themselves are
registered by preset rows, so on a first cold read the baseline was serialized
before `todos` (and every other preset-owned key) existed, and every later read
served a complete one. Until this branch, a web lane happened to mount a preset
in `beforeAll` for unrelated reasons, which hid the ordering.

The baseline is now a thunk the handler reads after the scope resolves. Also
covers the roster-less early return of the unjoined-agent warning, which the
per-file coverage gate reported uncovered.

28546b67fb fix(web): answer the review on the declared-provider editor
The display name read only the user layer while its placeholder claimed a
cleared field falls back to the route id. A `cordis.yml` can pin a name
for a route the catalog does not ship, and clearing then restores that
name, not the id. The placeholder now reads the composition layer — the
same layer `inheritedModels` reads — and names the route id only when
nothing pins one.

The saved notice echoed the target captured when the card opened, which
never lied while the name could not change. It now names the provider as
the refreshed directory reports it, and is announced only once that
refresh is in the snapshot it reads from.

The protocol select's blank option is named, because a screen reader
announces it either way and an unnamed one is a choice with no identity.
`protocolChoices` no longer rehydrates the section schema for the two
layouts that have no per-route protocol to find.

Documentation caught up with the same broom: the module JSDoc and the
e2e header both still described one field where the fold now carries
two, the English user guide carried a Chinese UI label among English
ones, and the README's DeepSeek row inventory omitted `maxTokens`.

23995f88ce fix(web): give the protocol dropdowns the shared chevron
`select.input` caps the control at 240px, and a `<select>` carrying only
`.input` keeps the OS arrow, which paints flush inside that shrunk right
edge — visibly tighter than every other control on the page. Both
protocol dropdowns took `.input` alone; the provider select beside them
already added `.selectInput`, which removes the OS arrow, reserves the
right pad, and paints the shared 12px chevron.

The stylesheet spec now reads the package's own sources and fails any
`<select>` that takes `.input` without `.selectInput`, so the next one
cannot be added bare.

fe221be572 Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/master' into worktree/preset-plane-fallout-p1
The vendored Cordis rescope (`cordis` -> `@deepseek-ai/cordis`,
`@cordisjs/plugin-*` -> `@deepseek-ai/cordis-plugin-*`) collided with this
branch's two added edges. Resolved by taking master's package names and
keeping this branch's additions: `@deepseek-ai/dsh-agent` and
`@deepseek-ai/dsh-system-prompt` peers, the `scopeChainOf` import, and the
`agent/created` type-only edge.

`docs/event-producer-consumer.*` is generated; regenerated after the merge
rather than hand-resolved.

5d3f392cd3 refactor(client-ui-plugin-config): stage card edits behind an explicit save
Controls committed on blur, which turned leaving a field into a durable,
revision-fenced document write the user could neither preview nor undo, and
silently discarded a draft the field did not accept.

A card's form now owns the staged text every control renders, and Save is the
only point where drafts become writes. Reset stages the composed default the
same way; an invalid draft blocks the save with its reason instead of being
dropped; Discard drops the drafts; a collapsed card marks that it holds some.
The Host stays the only authority on whether a value was accepted, so the save
reads the section back and keeps the drafts of a save that did not land.

72344fce93 fix(web): edit a declared provider's name and protocol
The Models editor card curated its pi-ai fields by what every route has,
so `displayName` and `api` — the two a hand-declared route names for
itself — were asked for at creation and then reachable only through
settings.yaml. The editor now renders both for a route the directory
reports as declared, from the same namespace schema the create card
reads. A catalog route gets neither: it defaults its name from its
catalog entry, and its models each carry their own protocol, so a
route-level one could only override all of them.

Clearing the name unsets it and the route falls back to its id, which is
what the field's placeholder shows; storing the empty string would be
refused by the adapter. A declared profile naming no protocol selects
nothing rather than reading as if it had picked the first choice.

The Provider ID stays fixed: it is the settings dict key, it is
referenced from `agent-default-model` and every logged request header,
and it is the stem of a credential reference the page can never read
back to move.

1cfbafab6a fix(preset): keep the token meter host-plane and name unjoined agents
Moving the agent plane behind presets left two readers on the wrong side of
the host/agent line.

`dsh-token-meter` was disabled on the host and mounted inside each preset's
`compaction` realm, but its three projection units register into the
process-wide `sessionProjections` table. A unit registered from one preset
answers for every session, so whether a `minimal` session showed a context
meter depended on whether some other session had mounted `standard` since
boot, and a process that only ever ran `minimal` showed none. The meter takes
no configuration, keys every fold by Session, and registers no tool or prompt
section, so it returns to the host composition and leaves the presets'
`isolate` map; the realm and `compact-basic` stay, because what a preset
chooses is whether its agent compacts, not whether its tokens are counted.

Nothing named an agent that joined no preset. The join is a scope-parent link,
and without it the tools, prompt-section, and skill views resolve the empty
global layer: the agent publishes, the turn runs, and the model receives
nothing. `AgentPresets` now logs one warning per such agent while a roster is
configured, and the invariant companion fails outright — at
`system-prompt/assemble` rather than at publication, because an unjoined agent
is legal until it addresses a model and `recompose` binds exactly such an
agent. The warning stays advisory: a synchronous `agent/created` throw vetoes
publication, and the ACP bridge, SDK server, and headless bundle all create an
unjoined agent today.

Three limits are recorded rather than fixed: projection key presence is not a
per-session capability signal, a superseded standing generation is never
reclaimed, and a `cordis_mount` temporary plugin belongs to the composition
rather than the session that mounted it.

Fixes #2203
