refactor(agent-loop): rename LoopAgent to ReactLoopAgent

Rename the concrete Agent class to make its ReAct-style reasoning loop
explicit in the name. Package name, default-export plugin (`AgentLoop`),
and the `ctx.agentLoop` service key are unchanged.
